The wearing of awards adds to the fun of reenacting and is part of the development of your “first person Character”. Awards are given at lineup the weekend following when they are qualified for.

Be advised that it is your responsibility to track your own awards.  Let the Company Clerk know when you are up for an award and he will verify and put in the proper paperwork to HQ for the award.

(Awards for valor are not presented and, additionally, awards should never be worn in any situation that involves contact with the public)

Proficiency Badges

The 2nd ID is in the process of setting up a proficiency badge program.  We will have training weekends were you are expected to attend and test on a variety of WW2 weapons.  You will be awarded ONE proficiency badge (regardless of how many you qualify for) to wear on your class A’s.  We are looking forward to implementing this program in the very near future.
